Hullabaloo was created to provide a professional friendly service. As a qualified NNEB with over eighteen years experience of working in the childcare industry, firstly as a nanny and later as a Recruitment Consultant for a well known busy childcare agency. I can understand the importance of getting the balance right on both sides, necessary for a good working relationship, which is established and maintained on trust.

All candidates are interviewed personally with their identity checked along with at least 2 references confirming the candidates competence and suitability to work with children. All candidates must provide a Criminal Records Check (CRB ) or will be asked to complete an application through ourselves processed by Civil and Corporate.
